ChangDu Co., is an enterprise run by private citizens
which consist of Shanghai ChangDu Storage Co.,Ltd,Shanghai
Shanlvlv industrial Co., Ltd,Shanghai Jinghong Storage
Co., Ltd,Shanghai Yinbao Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd,
and New ChangDu Restaurant. We have a history of 14 years
since 1993 and we have developed into a large industrial,
storage and logistics base.
Our general headquarter lies at No.588 Yindu Rd Minhang
District. The total area of our company is 120 thousand
㎡. The main business is logistics and storage management
service. Our aim is to provide prefessional, efficient and
satisfactory service for our cuntomers.
More than 30 foreign enterprises from American, Britain,
Japan, France, HongKong, Sweden, Israel, Swizerland, TaiWan,
etc, have registered in our warehouse.The total value of
output in our base this year is 150 million and the total
profit and tax is 15 million.
We’ve established a scientific and regorous manage
system. Our company is verified to ba “AAA” in our constract
credit and obtained Crtificate of ISO 9001:2000 in 2005.
ChangDu Co., will extend some multi-storied warehouses
this year for keeping development and making the Total Output
over 400 million RMB. The total area of these warehouses
is 30 thousand ㎡.
1. Warehouse, Factory building Leasing & Storage service
The location of our main business-storage is in two
major areas of Xuhui and Minhang districts with highly developed
transportation of waterway, land route and airway, very
convenient for logistics. Warehouses are distributed reasonably
and fall into 2 major operating areas as follows:
Eastern area--the logistics area of Yindu Rd and Jindu
Rd and the headquarters of our company. It lies at Yindu
Rd and Longwu Rd, 1.8km from Xupu Bridge and Pudong New
Economic Area. Guangang port, the south Shanghai railway
station and Longwu Elevated Railway Station Scatter in
and round this area.
Southern area--the storage area of the South Mart and
Chunshen Rd. It is close to Lianhua Rd Underground Railway
Station and South Parking. Lot with more than ten bus
lines through this area.
These 2 major operating areas are subdivided into 8freight
stations:
Yindu Comprehensive Base, Jindu Ware Area, South Ware
Area(Eastern part), South Ware Area(Southern part),South
Ware Area (Westen part), South Ware Area (Northern part),
Chunshen Ware Area, Yishan Ware Area, etc.
The total area of the company is about 180 thousand
㎡, consisting of two parts:an office building of 4000 ㎡,
and ground and storied warehouses. The warehouse occupy
about 120 thousand stortied, with large, middle, and small
sized storerooms of 20㎡, 100㎡, 500㎡, 1000㎡ and 5000㎡
respectively. The newly-bulit standard warehouses are of
new structure. The heights vary from 6 to 10meters.
Storerooms are well secured from heat and coldness, damp
and mildew, with good ventilation and aeration. The environment
around the disassembly; besides, there are large platforms
for the containers to be loaded and unloaded. Outside
the warehouse, canopies of new patterns shelter from rain
and sunlight. Therefore, loading and unloading will not
be affected by either bitter coldness, snow, strong wind
or heavy rain. Fire- prevention tools and supplementary
equipment, together with 24-hour monitor and alarm deveices
are installed to insure the absolute security of the
warehouses and to prevent from fire and thefts.
2. Inviting Investments in Yindu Comprehensive Base
With the development of society, our company found
inviting investments service.
a. Preferential policy:
We set up “Inviting Investment Service Center ” to
provide regisstation, examination and approval a coorainated
process for our customers. We can supply consultation
of policy, laws and regulations. We also prepared factory
buildings(vary from 100㎡ to 2000㎡), warehouses and
offices for the enterprises settling in our base. We set
different prices according to the different location
of each warehouse.
b. Tax policy and investments inviting service:
1). The tax policy of Shanghai government provides for
foreign merchant is “free income tax in 2 years and then
impose half income tax in 3 years”. The policy in
our base is “free income tax in 3 years and then impose
half income tax in 4 years”.
2). Excpet the preferential policy provided by city government,
we provide in rental to a certain defree in addition.
3). We won’t collect any consultion and service expense
from the customers settling in our base during the behalf
process.
3. Logistics
We are rapidly replacing the traditional lagged management
of storage system with a new scientific one. Under the idology
of “The Custom is God ”, we are attempting to develop super
management, which is being gradually computerized,
that is, the management of logistics system, to construct
various distribution centers and multifunction
dynamic management of disposal of waybills, stock supervision,
indoor process and dispatch of goods. And this management
is being gradually computerized.
We mainly manage commercial logistics, including a
series of strict standardized operations of collecting goods(collect
goods into public warehouse), safekeeping, and delivering
goods(send goods out of public warehouse). If needed,
we also manage consignation free of charge, and conduct
insurance on behalf of our customers. We are ready to supply
24-hour service to our customers.
4. The Development of New Comprehensive Bases
1). We’ll extensively rebuild Yindu Warehouse in 2007.
We’re going to build four storied comprehensive buildings,
which can meet the needs of business, electornics industry
and logistics. Each building is equiped with two freight
elevator and one passenger elevator to meet different
demands. Each wareroom has its own telephone line and CNC
line. The area of wareroom varies from 200 ㎡ to 2000
㎡. We supply whole service for company-registration. (Tel:

2). We’ll develop a new logistical area at Jiangchuan
Rd., during 2007, which covers an area of 40 thousand ㎡.
We’ll build 6 storied warehouses and the total area is
30 thousand ㎡. Jiangchuan Warehouse will be a full equiped
comprehensive base with a large load and unload
site and appropriate platform will be prepared to meet the
needs of modern logistics and electornics industry.
It’s estimated that the construction will be completed start
at the end of 2007.
Jiangchuan Warehouse is just 1 km from the Minhang
new developed area station of subway line 5th. There’re
many bus lines such as Sinhe line, Xindong line, Dongping
line, etc, around the warehouse. The location of the warehouse
is close to Humin Rd, Fanghe Rd, South Lianhua Rd, Zhongchun
Rd, A4 highway, A20 highway, Huhang highway, etc.

5. Consurrent business: sheds for Movie, TV and Ads
We also rent sheds for producing movies, TV and ads.
Detached producing zones equipped with large sheds sized
600 ㎡ and 1000 ㎡ respectively are available within ChangDu
Co.(Yindu operating area). The height of the sheds are 6
or 12 meters. We provide services including producing,
shooting and setting for the movies, TV, theater, arts,
entertainment programmes and advertising industry.
